摘要
目的测评照顾者虐待老年人评估量表(中文版)的信度和效度。方法翻译国外的照顾者虐待老年人评估量表,调查广州市2所三级甲等医院老年患者的照顾者132名,并抽取其中20名进行重测。结果量表的内部一致性信度Cronbach’sα系数为0.77,重测Spearman相关系数为0.541(P<0.05),配对t检验显示两次测量间差异无统计学意义。因子分析提取3个公因子,累计贡献率为65.471%,各项目在相应因子上有较满意的因子载荷量(>0.4)。结论照顾者虐待老年人评估量表(中文版)的信度与效度良好,项目设置适用于初步筛查和评估老年人照顾者是否存在虐待老年人的危险倾向。
Objective To evaluate the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the caregiver abuse screen（CASE） for the elderly.Methods The original edition of CASE was translated from English into Chinese.A total of 132 caregivers of the elderly in two Grade-Ⅲ Level A hospitals were investigated and 20 cases were selected for repeated testing with the CASE.Results The Cronbach＇s alpha reliability coefficient of CASE was 0.77.Test-retest Spearman correlation coefficient was 0.541（P0.05）.The paired t-test showed no significant difference between the two measurement（P0.05）.Three public factor were extracted with factor analysis,which accounted for the total variance of 65.471%,and the corresponding factors of the projects were satisfied in amount of factor loading（0.4）.Conclusion The Chinese version of the CASE was demonstrated with good reliability and validity.The setting of its items can be applied to the initial screening and the assessment of whether the caregiver of the elderly have a risk tendency of elder abuse.
