摘要
研究基于百色项目石芽爆破实践,针对平果地区矿山采场公路建设与复垦中的特殊石芽地质环境带来的工程挑战。该地质条件表现为微风化坚硬岩体、高硬度沉积型原生矿层及低含水率,此外,爆破区域分散、形态不规则,且周边存在居民区与建构筑物等复杂约束条件。在此基础上,系统性地开展爆破作业流程优化研究,通过深入分析石芽地质结构特征,优化微差爆破技术实施路径,探索高效破碎与粉尘控制技术的协同机制,并构建安全风险评估与预警系统。研究旨在提升爆破作业质量与稳定性,完善安全管理体系,有效降低安全风险,为特殊地质条件下石芽爆破工程提供可推广的科学依据与技术支撑。
Based on the practice of stone bud blasting in Baise project,this paper studies the engineering challenges brought by the special geological environment of stone bud in the construction and reclamation of mine stope road in Pingguo area.The geological conditions are characterized by slightly weathered hard rock mass,high hardness sedimentary primary ore layer and low water content.In addition,the blasting area is scattered and irregular in shape,and there are complex constraints such as residential areas and buildings around it.On this basis,the optimization of blasting operation process is systematically carried out.Through in-depth analysis of the geological structure characteristics of stone buds,the implementation path of millisecond blasting technology is optimized,the coordination mechanism of efficient crushing and dust control technology is explored,and a safety risk assessment and early warning system is constructed.The purpose of this study is to improve the quality and stability of blasting operation,improve the safety management system,effectively reduce the safety risk,and provide scientific basis and technical support for the promotion of stone bud blasting engineering under special geological conditions.
