摘要
为了解凉茶中的微量元素含量,采取微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定凉茶中的5种微量元素Co、Ni、Sr、Mo、Rb。实验表明,5种微量元素Co、Ni、Sr、Mo、Rb的方法检出限在0.00028~0.0053 mg·kg^(-1),方法重现性好,相对标准偏差RSD均小于5%,不同微量元素的加标回收率在90.54%~103.66%,方法准确可靠,适用于凉茶中5种微量元素。通过分析不同品牌的凉茶发现,各品牌的凉茶中均含有微量元素,适量饮用有益健康。
In order to understand the trace elements in herbal tea,5 trace elements were determined by microwave technology,inductively coupled mass spectrometry(ICP-MS),and the trace elements were analyzed and evaluated.The results showed that the detection limit of the 5 trace elements was in the range of 0.00028~0.0053 mg·kg^(-1),the method reproducibility was good,the RSD of each concentration was less than 5%,the recovery rate of different trace elements was in the range of 90.54%~103.66%,method was accurate and reliable and it was suitable for the determination of trace elements in herbal tea.Through the analysis of the determination results of different brands of herbal tea,it was found that the trace elements were present in herbal teas of different brands,moderate drinking good for health.
