突发公共卫生事件下高职学生心理脆弱性量表的编制及信效度检验

Development and Reliability and Validity Test of Psychological Vulnerability Scale for Vocational College Students under Public Health Emergencies

摘要 目的:编制突发公共卫生事件下高职学生心理脆弱性量表并进行信效度检验。方法:基于文献分析、访谈及扎根理论,初步确定问卷的维度结构和初始条目,形成预测问卷。经过项目分析、探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析形成正式问卷。结果:(1)高职学生心理脆弱性量表包含4个维度(痛苦耐受度、不确定性容忍度、疾病易感性、职业体验欣赏)24个条目;(2)总量表的Cronbach’sα系数0.92,各维度Cronbach'sα系数在0.68~0.93之间;(3)验证性因子分析结果显示,4维度模型拟合良好(χ^(2/df)=2.85,RMSEA=0.08,CFI=0.91);(4)突发公共卫生事件下高职学生心理健康水平与心理脆弱性呈显著负相关(r=-0.32,P<0.01)。结论:本研究构建了具有领域特异性的心理脆弱性模型,高职学生心理脆弱性量表的心理测量学指标良好,可用于后续相关研究。 Objective:To develop a psychological vulnerability scale for higher vocational students under public health emergencies and test its reliability and validity.Methods:Based on literature analysis,interviews and grounded theory,the dimension structure and initial items of the questionnaire were preliminarily determined to form a predictive questionnaire.The formal questionnaire was formed through item analysis,exploratory factor analysis,confirmatory factor analysis and reli-ability and validity test.Results:(1)The psychological vulnerability scale of higher vocational students contains 4 dimen-sions(pain tolerance,uncertainty tolerance,disease susceptibility,professional experience appreciation)and 24 items;(2)The Cronbach'sαcoefficient of the total scale was 0.92,and the Cronbach'sαcoefficient of each dimension ranged from 0.68 to 0.93;(3)Confirmatory factor analysis showed that the four-dimensional model fitted well(X^(2/df)=2.85,RMSEA=0.08,CFI=0.91);(4)There was a significant negative correlation between mental health and psychological vulnerability of higher vocational students under public health emergencies(r=-0.32,P<0.01).Conclusion:This study constructs a domain-specific psychological vulnerability model.The psychometric indicators of the psychological vulnerability scale of higher vocational students are good and can be used for subsequent related research.
