摘要
为有效提高输电线路设计过程中的经济性与安全性,提出基于三维地形的输电线路优化设计。应用激光雷达技术对线路地形数据进行采集与处理,进而构建三维地形模型。结合三维地形模型开展路径规划设计,在三维模型中构建路径最小成本模型,通过求解模型,输出最优路径。运用八邻域生长算法对三维地形模型中的格网进行聚类,实现输电线路杆塔的定位。研究和实践表明,采用三维地理信息系统进行输电线路设计,能够有效降低建设成本,减少对环境的破坏,并显著提高输电线路的运行安全性和可靠性。
In order to effectively improve the economy and safety of transmission line design,an optimal design of transmission line based on three-dimensional terrain is proposed.Using lidar technology to collect and process the line terrain data,and then build a three-dimensional terrain model.Combined with the three-dimensional terrain model,the path planning and design is carried out,and the path minimum cost model is built in the three-dimensional model.By solving the model,the optimal path is output.The eight-neighborhood growth algorithm is used to cluster the grid in the three-dimensional terrain model to realize the location of transmission line towers.Research and practice show that using 3D geographic information system to design transmission lines can effectively reduce the construction cost,reduce the damage to the environment,and significantly improve the operation safety and reliability of transmission lines.
