摘要
目的智轨是一种新型交通方式,针对智轨司机群体构建专项心理胜任力评估体系及其心理胜任力模型。方法本文通过专家咨询法及层次分析法确定指标权重,构建心理胜任力模型。结果将模型应用于宜宾市T1、T4线117名智轨司机,测评结果与年度考核成绩的Pearson相关系数达0.960,验证了模型对智轨司机心理素质测评的有效性。结论该心理胜任力模型能够有效测评智轨驾驶员的心理情况,为企业开展智轨司机心理干预提供了量化的科学依据。
Objective Autonomous Rail Rapid Transit(ART)is an emerging mode of transportation.This study aims to construct a special psychological competence assessment system and a psychological competence model for the ART driver group,and design supporting assessment tools.Methods Through the Delphi method and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),this study determined the index weights and constructed the psychological competence model.Results Applying the model to 117 ART drivers operating on Lines T1 and T4 in Yibin City,the Pearson correlation coefficient between the asses-sment results and their annual performance evaluation scores reached 0.960.This validates the model's effectiveness in assessing the psychological fitness of ART drivers Conclusion The psychological competence model enables accurate assessment of ART drivers'psychological profiles,thereby providing enterprises with a quantitative scientific basis for implementing psychological interventions.
