南平市活禽批发市场禽流感病毒污染状况分析

Analysis of avian influenza virus contamination in live poultry wholesale markets in Nanping City

摘要 目的了解福建南平市活禽市场不同外环境中禽流感病毒(avian infeluenza virus,AIV)的污染状况及该地病原分布,为南平市禽流感防治提供理论依据。方法采集南平市禽流感防控重点辖区6个活禽批发市场72个摊位(场次)的涉禽类样本,开展AIV监测和H5/H7/H9亚型检测,分析AIV在不同月份、不同禽类和不同样本类型的分布情况。结果2023年10月—2024年3月共采集活禽市场样本1440份,甲型流感病毒(Influenza A virus,Flu-A)检出阳性558份、检出率38.75%,其中H5亚型检出17份、检出率1.18%,H9亚型444份、检出率30.83%,其他亚型97份、检出率6.74%,H7亚型未检出。Flu-A检出率10月和1月最高(均为46.67%)、2月最低(29.58%),不同月份Flu-A检出率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=24.964,P<0.001)。6个活禽市场中延平昼锦市场的Flu-A检出率最高(45.91%),10类涉禽类样本FluA检出率前三位的依次为笼具拭子标本(60.32%)、禽内脏(50.00%)和台秤(50.00%)。804份禽类来源样本中,Flu-A检出率为36.94%,其中鸡源Flu-A检出率高于其他禽类来源,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=135.729,P<0.001)。结论南平市活禽批发市场外环境普遍存在Flu-A,以H9亚型为主,笼具拭子污染最为严重,主要在鸡类中流行;建议加强重点摊位AIV污染监测并开展禽类交叉污染宣传教育。 Objective To investigate the contamination status of avian influenza virus(AIV)in different environmental samples from live poultry markets in Nanping City,Fujian Province,and to understand the local pathogen distribution,thereby providing a theoretical basis for avian influenza prevention and control.Methods Poultry-related samples were collected from 72 stalls(sessions)across six live poultry wholesale markets located in key districts for avian influenza control in Nanping City.AIV surveillance and subtyping for H5,H7,and H9 were conducted.The distribution of AIV across different months,poultry types,and sample types was analyzed.Results From October 2023 to March 2024,a total of 1440 samples were collected from live poultry markets.Influenza A virus(Flu-A)was detected in 558 samples,with a positivity rate of 38.75%.Among these,subtype H5 was identified in 17 samples(1.18%),H9 in 444 samples(30.83%),and other subtypes in 97 samples(6.74%).Subtype H7 was not detected.The highest Flu-A positivity rates were observed in October and January(both 46.67%),while the lowest rate was in February(29.58%).The difference in Flu-A positivity rates across months was statistically significant(χ^(2)=24.964,P<0.001).Among the six markets,Zhoujin Market in Yanping District had the highest Flu-A positivity rate(45.91%).Among the ten types of poultry-related samples,the top three sample types with the highest Flu-A positivity rates were cage swabs(60.32%),poultry viscera(50.00%),and scale swabs(50.00%).Among the 804 poultry-origin samples,the Flu-A positivity rate was 36.94%.The positivity rate in chicken-origin samples(51.49%)was significantly higher than those in samples from other poultry species(χ^(2)=135.729,P<0.001).Conclusions Flu-A contamination is widespread in the external environment of live poultry wholesale markets in Nanping City,predominantly subtype H9.Cage swabs showed the most severe pollution,and the virus is primarily prevalent in chickens.It is recommended to strengthen AIV contamination monitoring in high-risk stalls and conduct public education on crosscontamination prevention in poultry handling.
