摘要
过敏性疾病与情绪障碍是临床实践普遍存在的共病现象,发病机制和病理过程的相互作用错综复杂,是最常见的心身疾病之一。过敏性疾病与情绪障碍双向关联,通过神经-内分泌-免疫网络调控,这种交互机制增加过敏和情绪障碍共病临床防治的复杂性。研究发现偏颇体质更易诱发心身共病,中医体质学以“形神一体观”为指导思想成为应对心身疾病的有效的范式,为心身疾病的诊断和治疗提供了新的视角。因此本文基于中医体质学“生命过程论”“禀赋遗传论”“环境制约论”“形神构成论”四大基本原理,从生命阶段特征、基因遗传易感、自然社会环境影响以及身心互动机制四个维度,系统探讨过敏性疾病与情绪障碍的共病基础,提出偏颇体质调理应对心身疾病的策略,为心身疾病“治未病”提供新的思路与理论依据。
Allergic diseases and emotional disorders are common comorbidities in clinical practice.The interaction between pathogenesis and pathological process is complex,and it is one of the most common psychosomatic diseases.Allergic diseases are bidirectionally associated with emotional disorders,which are regulated by the neuro-endocrine-immune network.This interaction mechanism increases the complexity of clinical prevention and treatment of allergic and emotional disorders.The study found that biased constitutions are more likely to induce psychosomatic comorbidities.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)constitution theory has become an effective paradigm to deal with psychosomatic diseases with the guiding ideology of“body-spirit integration”,which provides a new perspective for the diagnosis and treatment of psychosomatic diseases.Therefore,based on the four basic principles of“life process theory”“endowment inheritance theory”“environmental restriction theory”and“body and spirit constitution theory”of TCM constitution,this paper systematically discusses the comorbidity basis of allergic diseases and emotional disorders from the four dimensions of life stage characteristics,genetic susceptibility,natural social environmental impact and physical and mental interaction mechanism,and puts forward the strategies of biased physical conditioning to deal with psychosomatic diseases,so as to provide new ideas and theoretical basis for the“preventive treatment”of psychosomatic diseases.
