中医学“骨”理论的内涵及刺骨疗法的现代应用

摘要 中医“五体”理论将人体结构划分为皮、脉、肉、筋、骨五个层次系统,其中“骨为干”,属“肾所主”,具有支撑形体、主司运动、保护内脏等重要功能。现代生活方式及环境因素导致骨病高发,针刺作为中医外治法的重要代表,在骨病治疗中展现出独特的临床价值。本文系统梳理了“骨”与五脏、气血津液的功能协同作用,并基于现代医学研究对“肾主骨”“骨生髓”等理论进行生物学诠释,揭示了骨作为内分泌器官及免疫微环境调控者的新内涵。同时,通过分析针刺在骨病治疗中的应用,旨在推动中医五体“骨”理论与现代针具技术相结合,为中西医优势互补提供理论支撑与创新路径。 The“five body constituents”theory of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)divides the human body structure into five hierarchical systems:skin,blood vessel,flesh,tendon and bone.Among them,bone is the trunk,which belongs to the kidney.It has important functions such as supporting the body,controlling the movement and protecting the internal organs.Modern lifestyle and environmental factors lead to a high incidence of bone diseases.Needling technique,as an important representative of external treatment in TCM,show unique clinical value in the treatment of bone diseases.This article systematically reviews the functional synergy between“bone”and the five viscera,Qi,blood and body fluid,then makes a biological interpretation of the theory of“kidney governing bone”and“bone generating marrow”based on modern medical research,revealing the new connotation of bone as an endocrine organ and regulator of immune microenvironment.Meanwhile,by analyzing the application of acupuncture in bone diseases treatment,aiming to promote the combination of the“bone”theory in five body constituents of TCM and modern needle technology,and provide theoretical support and innovative path for the complementary advantages of Chinese and Western medicine.
