肺癌:端粒酶对无限复制潜能的影响

摘要 随着科学技术不断发展,学界对肿瘤的理解不断深化,从最初的肿瘤6大特征到目前公认的8大特征,这对肿瘤的诊断和治疗具有重要意义。肺癌具备肿瘤的所有特征,其诊断和治疗仍在不断探索。从正常细胞演变为间变性细胞,再到侵袭性癌细胞,基因突变等因素诱发肺癌产生。无限复制是肺癌的特征之一。其中,端粒和端粒酶与肺癌的发生密切相关,但目前对端粒的研究尚不充分,端粒和端粒酶对肺癌的作用机制有待进一步探索。文章综述了肺癌中肿瘤无限复制的潜能。 With the continuous development of science and technology,the academic understanding of tumors has been deepening evolving from the initial six characteristics of tumors to the currently recognized eight characteristics,which is of great significance for the diagnosis and treatment of tumors.Lung cancer has all the characteristics of tumors,and its diagnosis and treatment are still under constant exploration.Normal cells evolve into anaplastic cells,then into invasive cancer cells,and ultimately induces the development of lung cancer through factors such as genetic mutations.Infinite replication is one of the characteristics of lung cancer,and telomeres and telomerase are also closely related to the occurrence of lung cancer.However,the current study of telomeres is insufficient,and the effects of telomeres and telomerase on lung cancer need to be further explored.This article reviews the infinite replicative potential of tumors in lung cancer.
