摘要
在数字化和智能化浪潮的冲击下,传统经管人才培养模式在理论体系、能力培养、知识结构和技术适配性等方面存在滞后性,难以满足现代社会对经管人才的多元能力需求。新一代人工智能与虚拟仿真技术协同,能够构筑“智能认知+情境体验”的新型学习范式,有效摆脱传统经管人才培养的困境。基于此,应深化国际合作,构建虚拟教研共同体;加强校企合作,打造协同育人机制;推进产学研用一体化,建立人才培养创新体系;优化智能学习平台,赋能智能课程体系;开展学科竞赛,构建多元能力评估体系,以培养复合型、创新型经管人才。
Under the impact of the waves of digitalization and intelligence,the traditional talent cultivation model for economics and management faces lagging challenges in theoretical frameworks,capability development,knowledge structures,and technological adaptability,making it difficult to meet the diversified competency demands of modern society for economics and management professionals.The synergy between new-generation artificial intelligence and virtual simulation technologies can establish a novel learning paradigm of"intelligent cognition+contextual experience",effectively overcoming the dilemmas of traditional talent cultivation in economics and management specialty.This paper suggests that it is essential to deepen international cooperation to build a virtual teaching and research community,strengthen university-enterprise collaboration to create a coordinated education mechanism,advance the integration of industry,academia,research,and application to establish an innovative talent cultivation system,optimize intelligent learning platforms to empower intelligent curriculum systems,and organize disciplinary competitions to construct a multi-dimensional competency assessment framework.All these suggestions aim at cultivating interdisciplinary and innovative talents in economics and management.
