冷处理技术的研究现状及进展

Research Status and Progress of Cryogenic Treatment Technology

摘要 深冷处理被认为是热处理中淬火工艺的延续,采用深冷处理工艺来改善材料微观组织是研究的一个热点。对深冷处理的研究现状进行了系统性的综述,给出了相关工艺参数的选取范围,总结了深冷处理对材料质量特性的影响,重点分析了深冷处理对微观组织的影响,得出了深冷处理工艺的强化机理。基于对现有研究现状的分析,得出了深冷处理存在的主要问题和未来的发展趋势。 Cryogenic treatment is considered as a continuation of the quenching process in heat treatment,the improvement of material microstructure by cryogenic treatment process is a hot topic of research.A systematic review of the current status of research on cryogenic treatment was presented.The selection range of relevant process parameters was given.The effect of cryogenic treatment on material quality characteristics was summarized.The effect of cryogenic treatment on the microstructure was especially analysed,and the strengthening mechanism of deep cooling treatment process was derived.Based on the analysis of the existing research status,the main problems existing in deep cooling treatment and the future development trend were obtained.
