摘要
采用文献资料法和综合分析法,对法国青少年体育公共服务体系建设发展进行梳理,从管理体制、治理模式、组织网络、政策法规、校内外体育教育、人才培养、基础设施、服务均等化等多方面进行了分析。结合我国改革开放后青少年体育发展现状,对我国青少年体育公共服务体系建设提出以下思考和建议:构建多元化青少年体育公共服务治理和支持体系、促进青少年体育社会组织可持续发展、健全政策法规切实保障青少年体育权利、注重校内外体育教育普及与青少年体育技能培训、夯实体育基础设施建设以提供体育锻炼机会、加强青少年体育公共服务均等化。
Using the methods of literature review and comprehensive analysis,this study sorted out the development of the public service system for youth sports in France,and analyzed it from multiple aspects such as management system,governance mode,organizational network,policies and regulations,physical education both inside and outside the school,talent cultivation,infrastructure,and service equalization.Based on the current situation of youth sports development in China after the reform and opening up,the following thoughts and suggestions are proposed for the construction of China's youth sports public service system:building a diversified governance and support system for youth sports public services,promoting the sustainable development of youth sports social organizations,ensuring the protection of youth sports rights through sound policies and regulations,emphasizing the popularization of sports education and youth sports skills training both inside and outside the school,consolidating sports infrastructure construction to provide opportunities for sports exercise,and strengthening the equalization of youth sports public services.
