摘要
以江苏省南京市为研究区域,运用偏离份额分析法(SSM),对2012—2021年南京市制造业31个细分行业的结构和产业竞争力进行研究.结果表明:南京市制造业整体经历了“增长回落恢复”的周期性波动,产业结构稳定性不断增强,逐步形成以电子信息为核心、化工与汽车为支撑的多元化格局.在增长动力上,结构效应长期保持稳定的正向贡献,而竞争力效应相对偏弱且波动明显,表明产业竞争力基础仍不够稳固;在行业分布上,结构增长较快但竞争力不足的行业占较大比例,传统加工行业普遍处于结构和竞争力双弱状态,而技术密集型行业则形成结构和竞争力同步占优的优势组群.基于此,本文提出了南京市制造业结构优化和竞争力提升的相关对策,以期为区域制造业高质量发展提供参考.
Taking Nanjing,Jiangsu Province as the study area,the shift-share analysis method is applied to examine the industrial structure and competitiveness of 31 manufacturing subsectors from 2012 to 2021.The results show that Nanjing s manufacturing industry has undergone a cyclical process of growth,decline,and recovery,while its industrial structure has become increasingly stable and has gradually formed a diversified pattern with electronic information as the core and chemical engineering and automobiles as supporting sectors.In terms of growth momentum,the structural effect has maintained a stable and positive contribution for a long time,while the competitiveness effect is relatively weak and the fluctuation is obvious,indicating that the industrial competitiveness foundation is still not stable enough.In the case of distribution,the industry with rapid structure growth but insufficient competitiveness accounts for a large proportion,and the traditional processing industry is generally in a state of weak structure and competitiveness,while technology-intensive industries have formed an advantageous group with synchronous structure and competitiveness.Based on this,the relevant countermeasures of Nanjing s manufacturing structure optimization and competitiveness improvement are put forward,in order to provide a reference for the high-quality development of regional manufacturing.
