摘要
合理选择区域海洋主导产业对地区海洋经济的发展有着至关重要的战略意义。鉴于采用单一方法确定区域海洋主导产业具有一定的局限性,本文将具有综合性、动态性特点的偏离份额分析法(SSM)和体现海洋产业静态现状的区位熵法相结合,对浙江12个主要海洋产业进行综合评估,结果表明:海洋工程建筑业和滨海旅游业可作为浙江海洋主导产业的选择范畴;适合作为海洋主导产业的海洋产业部门具有产业增长速度快,产业发展前景广阔,产业结构基础完善,产业区域竞争力优势明显,对海洋经济发展贡献率大等特点。最后总结浙江海洋工程建筑业和滨海旅游业发展经验,为今后浙江乃至全国其他地区海洋经济的发展提供一定的借鉴。
Reasonable choice of regional marine leading industries on the regional marine economic development has leading industry has the advantages of rapid growth, broad industrial development, perfect industrial structure, obvious advantages of industrial regional competitiveness, and great contribution to marine economic development. Finally, it summarizes the experience of Zhejiang marine engineering construction and coastal tourism development, and provides some reference for the future development of marine economy in Zhejiang and other parts of the country.
