摘要
万紫薯23号是2018年重庆三峡农业科学院从渝红心4号集团杂交后代中选育出的鲜食紫肉型甘薯新品种.该品种薯形呈纺锤形,薯肉中等紫色,最长蔓长135.6 cm,蔓粗5.0 mm,单株结薯数3.6个.薯块干物率30.47%,淀粉率20.15%,鲜薯花青素质量分数为13.98 mg/100 g,可溶性糖质量分数为16.50%.区域试验结果表明,万紫薯23号2年平均鲜薯产量为33.33 t/hm^(2).该品种中抗黑斑病和根腐病,感茎线虫病和蔓割病,综合评价抗病性较优.万紫薯23号食味品质较优,萌芽性较好,与对照宁紫薯1号相比,耐湿性极强.
Wanzishu No.23 is a new variety of fresh-eating purple-fleshed sweetpotato developed by the Chongqing Three Gorges Academy of Agricultural Sciences in 2018.It originated from the hybrid offspring of the Yuhongxin No.4 open-pollinated polycross.The root is spindle-shaped,with medium purple flesh.The longest vine is 135.6 cm,with a vine thickness of 5.0 mm.The average number of roots per plant is 3.6.The dry matter content of the root is 30.47%,the starch content is 20.15%,the anthocyanin content is 13.98 mg/100 g,and the soluble sugar content is 16.50%.Regional trial results show that the 2-year average fresh sweetpotato yield of Wanzishu No.23 is 33.33 t/hm^(2).This variety has moderate resistance to black rot and root rot,but is susceptible to stem nematode and fusarium wilt.Overall,it has relatively good disease resistance,excellent taste quality,and good sprouting ability.The Wanzishu No.23 exhibits significantly stronger wet tolerance compared with the control variety Ningzishu No.1.
