摘要
本研究以苏薯16为母本,浙薯132为父本,通过杂交育种方法,成功选育出甘薯新品种漯苏薯17号.在豫中南地区的多点鉴定试验中,漯苏薯17号平均鲜薯产量达到3104.81 kg/667 m^(2),比对照增产10.08%.在河南省联合鉴定试验中,漯苏薯17号在4个试点的食味得分均位列第一,显著高于所有参试品种;其鲜薯平均产量为1554.5 kg/667 m^(2),干物率为27.0%.品质检测结果表明,该品种蛋白质质量分数为1.38%,淀粉质量分数为20.00%,β胡萝卜素质量分数为81.90 mg·kg^(-1),可溶性总糖质量分数为4.97%.抗病性鉴定结果表明,该品种抗黑斑病和蔓割病,感茎线虫病和根腐病.漯苏薯17号食味极佳、品质优良、营养丰富、鲜薯产量高且稳定性好、抗病性良好,适宜在河南省尤其是豫中南地区推广种植.
Sushu 16 as the maternal parent and Zheshu 132 as the paternal parent were utilized in this study,successfully breeding a new sweetpotato variety Luosushu 17,through hybrid breeding methods.In planting trials conducted in the south-central region of Henan Province,the average fresh tuber yield of Luosushu 17 ranged 3104.81 kg/667 m^(2),representing a 10.08%increase over the control variety.In two consecutive years of joint identification trials in Henan Province,Luosushu 17 ranked first in taste scores at all four test sites,significantly outperforming all participating varieties.Its average fresh tuber yield was 1554.5 kg/667 m^(2),with a dry matter rate of 27.0%.Quality testing revealed that the variety contains 1.38 g/100 g of protein,20.0 g/100 g of starch,up to 81.90 mg/1000 g ofβ-carotene,and 4.97 g/100 g of total soluble sugars.Luosushu 17 exhibited good resistance to black spot disease and fusarium oxysporum,but was more susceptible to stem nematode disease and root rot disease.In summary,Luosushu 17 is characterized by its excellent quality,rich nutritional value,superb taste,high and stable fresh tuber yield,and good disease resistance,making it suitable for promotion and cultivation in Henan Province,especially in the south-central region.
