摘要
目的 探讨分层管理模式联合家庭支持系统在卵巢癌化疗患者护理中的应用效果。方法 抽取海安市人民医院2022年9月至2024年9月收治的76例接受化疗的卵巢癌患者,依据抽签法分为两组,每组各38例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用分层管理模式+家庭支持系统干预,比较两组护理效果。结果 干预后两组的自我护理能力、心理韧性和生活质量评分均升高,且观察组评分较对照组更高(P<0.05);干预后两组的睡眠质量评分降低,且观察组评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 分层管理模式联合家庭支持系统在卵巢癌化疗患者护理中应用,可以提升患者的自我护理能力,改善心理韧性、生活质量,缓解睡眠障碍。
Objective To explore the application effect of hierarchical management model combined with family support system in the nursing of ovarian cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.Methods Seventy-six patients with ovarian cancer who received chemotherapy in Haian People's Hospital from September 2022 to September 2024 were selected and divided into two groups according to the lottery method,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given hierarchical management mode+family support system intervention.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results After intervention,the self-care ability,psychological resilience and quality of life scores of the two groups increased,and the scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<O.05).After intervention,the sleep quality scores of the two groups decreased,and the score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<O.05).Conclusion The application of hierarchical management model combined with family support system in the nursing of ovarian cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy can improve patients'self-care ability,psychological resilience,and quality of life,and alleviate sleep disorders.
