摘要
随着工业4.0和智能制造的快速发展,传统有线网络和低速率无线通信已难以满足高实时性、高可靠性的工厂数据交互需求,故提出一种基于5G网络的工厂组态软件智能驱动架构,采用5G超可靠低时延通信(ultra reliable&low latency communication,URLLC)和时间敏感网络(time-sensitive networking,TSN)技术优化工业数据传输,结合边缘计算实现协议自适应转换。以亚控公司的组态软件为例,介绍了驱动开发步骤,包括驱动工程的新建、驱动函数的改写及添加。利用5G路由器、视频服务器、PLC等设备组成测试系统,通过5G无线网络进行数据传输,对现场设备进行远程控制。测试中,驱动能正常无误进行通信。性能测试表明,该方案在1 ms级时延和99.999%可靠性条件下可支持1000+设备并发通信,数据吞吐量提升40%以上,为未来工厂的柔性化、智能化组态提供了新的解决方案。
With the rapid development of Industry 4.0 and intelligent manufacturing,traditional wired networks and low-speed wireless communication are no longer able to meet the high real-time and high reliability data exchange needs of factories.This paper proposes an intelligent drive architecture of factory configuration software based on 5G network,which uses 5G URLLC(ultra reliable&low latency communication)and TSN(time-sensitive network)technologies to optimize industrial data transmission,and combines edge computing to achieve adaptive protocol conversion.Through taking the configuration software of Asia Control Company as an example,this paper provides a detailed introduction to the development steps of drivers,including the creation of driver engineering,rewriting of driver functions,and addition of driver functions.Through using 5G routers,video servers,PLC and other equipment to form a testing system,data transmission is carried out through 5G wireless networks to remotely control on-site devices.During testing,the driver is able to communicate without errors.Experiments have shown that this solution can support concurrent communication between over 1000 devices with a latency of 1 ms and a reliability of 99.999%,increasing data throughput by more than 40%.It provides a new solution for the flexible and intelligent configuration of future factories.
