基于拓扑优化的挖掘机铲斗连杆轻量化设计

摘要 为实现节能减排,以挖掘机铲斗连杆为研究对象,以设计空间单元相对密度为设计变量,进行轻量化设计。分析挖掘机工作周期,设计油缸驱动函数,通过运动分析模拟挖掘机实际工作周期,获取铲斗连杆的极限工况载荷。为了克服轻量化设计迭代周期长的问题,基于均匀设计法设计拓扑优化试验,基于Altair Inspire对原模型进行拓扑优化和几何重构,并进行强度校核。结果表明:在满足强度、位移等约束的条件下,最终优化后的铲斗连杆质量降低44.8%,有助于节约材料。 In order to achieve energy saving and emission reduction,the excavator bucket connecting rod is taken as the research object and the relative density of design space unit is taken as the design variable to carry out lightweight design.The working cycle of the excavator is analyzed,the driving function of the cylinder is designed,the actual working cycle of the excavator is simulated by motion analysis,and the ultimate load of the bucket connecting rod is obtained.In order to overcome the problem of long iteration period of lightweight design,topology optimization experiment was designed based on uniform design method,topology optimization and geometric reconstruction of original model were carried out based on Altair Inspire,and strength check was carried out.The results show that under the conditions of strength,displacement and other constraints,the mass of the optimized bucket connecting rod is reduced by 44.8%,which is helpful to save materials.
