摘要
“金课”建设可通过优质课程强化学生能力素养,助力培养目标落地。“金课”建设背景下高职院校“人体解剖学”传统教学存在课程理念固化、课程内容脱轨、课程实施受限、课程评价单一等问题,难以培养高素质医学技能人才。高职院校要紧扣“金课”建设对课程改革的新要求,构建“课程理念—课程内容—课程实施—课程评价”四维改革体系:改革课程理念,构建“三位融合”的教学观;重构课程内容,构建“分层分类,动态更新”的课程体系;改革教学模式,构建“案例驱动—技术支撑”立体化教学模式;改革实践教学体系,构建产教融合实践教学新生态;改革课程评价,构建“知识—能力—素质”融合的多元评价体系。
The construction of"golden courses"can strengthen students'abilities and qualities through highquality courses,and help achieve training goals.Under the background of the construction of the"golden courses",traditional teaching of"human anatomy"in vocational colleges has problems such as rigid course concepts,derailment of course content,limited course implementation,and single course evaluation,making it difficult to cultivate highquality medical skilled talents.Vocational colleges should closely adhere to the new requirements of the"golden courses"construction for curriculum reform,and construct a four-dimensional reform system of"curriculum-concept,curriculum-content,curriculum-implementation and curriculum-evaluation":to reform curriculum concepts to establish a teaching philosophy of"three-integrations",to reconstruct course content to create a"layered-andcategorized and dynamically-updated"curriculum system,to reform teaching models to construct a"case-driven and technology-supported"three-dimensional teaching model,to reform the practical teaching system to build a new ecosystem of industry-education integration in practical teaching,and to reform course evaluation to establish a diversified evaluation system that integrates"knowledge-ability-quality".
