摘要
该文深入探讨基于成果导向(OBE)理念的“五位一体”教学改革于中医药院校组织学与胚胎学课程中的应用。详细阐述此项教学改革从学习目标、学习支持、学习活动、学习评价及持续优化这五个关键环节着手,对教学体系进行重新构建,旨在提升学生的自主学习能力与学习成效,培育契合职业需求的高素质医学专业人才。同时,分析其在教学实践中的具体应用策略、实施成效以及所面临的挑战,为中医药院校组织学与胚胎学课程的教学改革提供全面的理论支撑与实践参考。
This paper explores the application of the"Five-in-One"teaching reform based on the Outcome-Based Education(OBE)concept in the Histology and Embryology course in traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities.The study elaborates that this teaching reform reconstructs the teaching system from five aspects,namely learning objectives,learning support,learning activities,learning evaluation,and continuous optimization,aiming to enhance students'autonomous learning ability and learning outcomes and cultivate high-quality medical talents who meet the professional requirements.The study also analyzes the specific application strategies,implementation effects,and challenges faced in teaching practice,providing a comprehensive theoretical and practical reference for the teaching reform of the Histology and Embryology course in traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities.
