职业教育供给中小学劳动教育资源的困境、需求及对策研究

Research on the Challenges,Needs,and Countermeasures of Providing Labor Education Resources for Primary and Secondary Schools in Vocational Education

摘要 当前,职业教育供给中小学劳动教育资源面临着一系列困境,如身份不明、资源不足、时间难调以及权责不清等。基于此,职业教育供给中小学劳动教育资源应从引导需求、规制需求、赋权需求和激励需求进行需求分析,结合身份、资源、时间和权责维度,制定职业教育有效供给中小学劳动教育资源的对策,以确保职业教育资源长效支持中小学劳动教育的健康发展。 Currently,vocational education faces a series of challenges in supplying labor education resources to primary and secondary schools,including unclear identity,insufficient resources,scheduling difficulties,and ambiguous responsibilities.Based on this,an analysis of vocational education's labor education resource supply to primary and secondary schools should be conducted from the perspectives of guiding demand,regulating demand,empowering demand,and incentivizing demand.This analysis should be combined with dimensions of identity,resources,time,and rights to construct countermeasures for the effective supply of vocational education labor resources to primary and secondary schools,ensuring the long-term support of vocational education resources for the healthy development of labor education in primary and secondary schools.
