摘要
针对GJB 7691—2012中直流增益校准方法,对方波信号法和直流电压法进行了试验与分析,通过对比实验数据与不确定度理论分析,得到两种校准方法的差异。依据JJF 1059.1—2012,分别对两种方法的直流增益测量结果进行了不确定度评定,对数字示波器的使用与开展数字示波器的计量工作具有一定借鉴作用。
Aiming at the DC gain calibration method in GJB 7691—2012 article has conducted experiments and analysis on the square wave signal generator method and the DC voltage source method,and the difference between the two calibration methods was obtained through the comparison of experimental data uncertainty theoretical analysis.The article evaluates the uncertainty of DC gain measurement results of the two methods by referring to JJF 1059.1—2012,which provides a certain reference value for the use of digital oscilloscopes and the development of digital oscilloscope metrology.
