市政给排水大口径长距离钢管顶管施工设计与应用研究

Research on the design and application of large-diameter long-distance steel pipe jacking construction for municipal water supply and drainage

摘要 大口径长距离顶管施工常面临既有建构筑物、在用管线的保护难题,验证非开挖泥水平衡顶管工艺的安全性与可靠性,对减少施工干扰、保障工程效益具有重要意义。文章以福建厦门某市政工程为对象,阐述其将“铺设207 m的DN2420大口径钢管”的传统方案改为泥水平衡顶管非开挖工艺的应用过程,明确施工起点为已建成加药间东南角(上方有大量在用给水管、电线电缆)、终点在给水泵房附近的关键环境条件;质量管理上,对钢管对接焊缝执行全熔透环焊缝无损检测,重点对51处关键对接焊缝开展X射线探伤,同时检测钢管外表面涂料及涂层厚度,确保焊接质量与防腐层性能达标;施工监测上,按预设方案在加药间及地下管线设监测点,施工前后数据显示结构位移、沉降均在规范允许范围。研究表明:1)该工艺应用效果显著,避免对既有建筑物及在用管线的威胁干扰,节约工期并提升经济效益,且施工质量与结构稳定性得到有效保障;2)此泥水平衡顶管施工技术具备良好推广价值,可为同类大口径长距离顶管项目提供参考借鉴。 The construction of large-diameter,long-distance pipe jacking often faces challenges in protecting existing structures and in-service pipelines.Verifying the safety and reliability of the non-excavation slurry-balanced pipe jacking process is of great significance for reducing construction interference and ensuring project benefits.This article focuses on a municipal project in Xiamen,Fujian,and describes the application process of changing the traditional plan of"laying a 207meter DN2420 large-diameter steel pipe"to the non-excavation slurry-balanced pipe jacking process.The construction starting point is located at the southeast corner of an existing chemical dosing room(with many active water supply pipes,electrical wires,and cables above),and the endpoint is near the water supply pump station,outlining the key environmental conditions.In terms of quality management,full penetration butt welds on the steel pipes are subjected to non-destructive testing,with a focus on 51 key butt welds using X-ray inspection.The coating thickness of the steel pipes'exterior surface is also tested to ensure that both welding quality and corrosion protection layer performance meet the standards.For construction monitoring,monitoring points are set according to the pre-established plan at the dosing room and underground pipeline locations.Data collected before and after construction show that structural displacement and settlement are within the allowable limits specified by the standards.The study shows:1)The application of this process is effective in avoiding threats and interference to existing buildings and in-service pipelines,saving construction time and improving economic benefits,while ensuring construction quality and structural stability;2)This slurry-balanced pipe jacking technology has excellent potential for promotion and can provide a reference for similar large-diameter,long-distance pipe jacking projects.
