摘要
本文总结了远程生命体征监测(RPM)在老年慢性病管理中的应用效果,探究其在提高患者生活质量、降低住院与再入院概率及提高医师诊疗效率等方面的明显长处。在心血管疾病、糖尿病及慢性呼吸系统疾病的管理过程中,RPM技术展现出了巨大价值。它借助先进设备,实时收集患者多项生命体征数据,让医师能及时掌握病情动态,精准调整治疗策略,从而大幅提高了患者的健康水平,也增强了患者自我管理疾病的效能。同时,RPM改变了传统就医模式,减少了患者不必要的往返医院次数,避免了医疗资源的无谓消耗,让资源得以更合理分配。对于老年群体这类慢性病高发人群,RPM将成为老年健康管理的关键举措,为他们的健康保驾护航。
This paper summarizes the application effects of remote patient monitoring(RPM)of vital signs in the management of chronic diseases among the elderly,exploring its notable advantages in enhancing patients’quality of life,reducing the probabilities of hospitalization and readmission,and improving doctors’diagnostic and treatment efficiency.During the management of cardiovascular diseases,diabetes,and chronic respiratory diseases,RPM technology has demonstrated immense value.By utilizing advanced equipment,it collects multiple vital sign data from patients in real time,allowing doctors to promptly grasp the dynamics of the condition and precisely adjust treatment strategies,thereby significantly improving patients’health levels and enhancing their ability to self-manage diseases.Meanwhile,RPM has transformed the traditional healthcare delivery model by reducing the number of unnecessary hospital visits for patients,avoiding the wasteful consumption of medical resources,and enabling more rational allocation of resources.For the elderly,a population with a high prevalence of chronic diseases,RPM will serve as a key measure in elderly health management,safeguarding their health.
