基于等效弹性模量法评估电缆与附件界面压力的方法研究

摘要 电缆附件是电力输电系统的薄弱环节,其界面压力的可靠性对整体电气性能至关重要。研究发现,界面压力与电缆附件过盈量和硅橡胶材料的弹性模量密切相关。本文通过拉伸态硅橡胶材料的应力松弛实验,提出表征电缆附件运行中应力松弛特性的等效弹性模量概念,建立起老化与界面压力影响的定量关系,提出基于等效弹性模量的界面压力评估方法。通过与内置压阻薄膜传感器测量结果比较,证明该方法能够准确评估电缆附件界面压力,误差在±8%。且该方法可与有限元仿真相配合,对工况温度下长期运行状态中电缆附件做界面压力评估与寿命预测。 Cable accessories are the weak link in the power transmission system.The reliability of interface pressure between cables and accessories is critical to electrical performance.It is found that the interface pressure is closely related to the cable accessory overload and the elastic modulus of silicone rubber material.In this paper,the concept of equivalent elastic modulus was proposed to characterize the stress relaxation properties of cable accessories in operation through stress relaxation experiments of silicone rubber materials,and a quantitative relationship between the effects of ageing and interface pressure was established.A new method was proposed to evaluate the interface pressure between operating cables and accessories.By comparing with the measurement results of the built-in piezoelectric thin-film sensor,it is proved that this new method can accurately evaluate the interfacial pressure with an error of about±8%.The method can be used with finite element simulation to access the interfacial pressure and predict the life of cable accessories in long-term operation under working temperatures.
