“三教”改革背景下高职护理课程教学内容重构研究

Research on the Reconstruction of Teaching Content in Higher Vocational Nursing Courses under the Background of the"Three Teachings"Reform

摘要 在职业教育“三教”改革深入推进的背景下,高职护理教育需应对临床岗位需求升级与人才培养质量提升的双重挑战。文章聚焦高职护理课程教学内容重构,分析“三教”改革对教学内容在教师能力对接、教材形式创新、教法适配性等方面的要求,提出岗位适配性、“三教”协同性、动态性、模块化与进阶性四大重构原则,并从教师能力提升、教材创新、教法改革三个维度构建具体路径。旨在实现教学内容与临床需求的精准对接,为培养符合行业标准的高素质护理人才提供实践参考,对推动高职护理教育内涵式发展具有重要意义。 With the in-depth advancement of the"Three Teachings"reform in vocational education,higher vocational nursing education is required to address the dual challenges of upgraded clinical post demands and improved talent training quality.Focusing on the reconstruction of teaching content in higher vocational nursing courses,this paper analyzes the requirements of the"Three Teachings"reform for teaching content in terms of teacher competency alignment,textbook form innovation,and teaching method adaptability.It proposes four core reconstruction principles:post adaptability,"Three Teachings"synergy,dynamics,modularization,and progression.Furthermore,specific paths are constructed from three dimensions:teacher competency enhancement,textbook innovation,and teaching method reform.The research aims to achieve precise alignment between teaching content and clinical needs,provide practical reference for cultivating high-quality nursing talents meeting industry standards,and bears significant importance for promoting the connotative development of higher vocational nursing education.
