摘要
数字经济时代的人文经济以人本为核心、以文化为根基、以经济为动力、以数字为依托,具有“人本-文化-经济-数字”四个维度耦合共生的新内涵。新型载体是数据要素、关键契机是数实融合、实践导向是数字劳动、重要支撑是数据伦理。数字经济推动人文经济高质量发展表现为投入维度从要素驱动到数据赋能的增效、产出维度从产品功能到用户体验的提质、企业维度从实体运营到虚实联动的转型、产业维度从产业分立到产业融合的增值,分别以微观层面企业责任履行、中观层面产业融合发展、宏观层面社会公众参与为动力机制,形成区位优势依托型、科技融合创新型、文旅标识驱动型、历史文化活化型四种表现形态。未来,应继续培育人文创客、深挖人文资源、创新文旅产业、规范文化出海,进而释放区位优势、把握融合态势、丰富价值标识、扩大文化传播,为人文经济高质量发展持续注入数字经济推力。
In the digital economy era,the humanistic economy centers on people,is rooted in culture,driven by economics,and supported by digital technology.It embodies a new dimension of symbiotic coupling across four dimensions of“people-centered-culture-economy-data”.Its new carrier is data elements,its key opportunity is the integration of digital and physical realms,its practice orientation is digital labor,and its crucial support is data ethics.The digital economy propels high-quality development in humanistic economics through:Input dimension-shifting from factor-driven to data-empowered efficiency gains;Output dimension-evolving from product functionality to user experience enhancement;Enterprise dimension-transitioning from physical operations to virtual-physical synergy;Industrial dimension-advancing from industrial fragmentation to integrated value creation.These transformations shape four kinds of manifestation forms through driving mechanisms such as corporate responsibility fulfillment at micro level,integrated industrial development at meso level and public engagement at macro level,which include location advantage-based,technology integration-driven,cultural tourism identity-driven,and historical cultural revitalization-driven.Moving forward,efforts should focus on cultivating humanities innovators,deepening humanities resource exploration,innovating cultural tourism industries,and standardizing cultural exports.This will unlock location advantages,harness integration trends,enrich value identities,and expand cultural dissemination,continuously injecting digital momentum into the high-quality development of the humanities economy.
