城乡建筑群碳中和运营规划路径探索

EXPLORING THE PLANNING PATH OF CARBON NEUTRAL OPERATION IN URBAN AND RURAL BUILDING COMPLEXES

摘要 以湖州市灵峰智慧谷为例,以城乡片区内建筑群能够实现碳中和运营为规划设计创建目标,通过对比建筑群常规规划设计、低碳规划设计和近零碳优化设计,针对片区内建筑运行及可再生能源利用的碳排放量、碳汇量、减碳量及增量成本进行详细测算和经济可行性分析,提出了一种成本效益优解的建筑群碳中和运营规划优化设计策略。结果表明:常规规划设计时片区内建筑运行年碳排放量为41 352 t,对片区内建筑进行不同标准等级低碳规划设计后,建筑运行年碳排放量降低至22 712.38 t,建筑建设增量成本需28 990.2万元,建筑建设经济成本较高,以光伏发电减碳量29 417.08 t为总控制量且增量成本最小化为目标进行近零碳规划优化设计,重点调整面积大的建筑其低碳等级,可减少15360.6万元的建设增量成本,且片区建筑实现碳中和运营。 Taking Lingfeng smart valley in Huzhou as a case study,with the goal of achieving carbon neutral operation of building clusters in urban through planning and design.By comparing conventional planning and design,low-carbon planning and design,and nearly zero-carbon optimized design of the building complexes,a detailed calculation and economic feasibility analysis is conducted for the carbon emissions,carbon sequestration,carbon reduction,and incremental costs associated with building operations and the utilization of renewable energy within the district.A cost-effective optimization design strategy for carbon neutral operation planning of building clusters is proposed.The results show that with conventional planning and design,the annual carbon emissions from building operations within the area are 41,352 tons.After conducting low-carbon planning and design for buildings within the area according to different standard levels,the annual carbon emissions from building operations have been reduced to 22,712.38 tons.The estimated incremental cost for building construction is 289.902 million yuan,which is relatively high.By analyzing the carbon reduction potential of photovoltaic power generation at 29,417.08 tons as the total control volume and aiming to minimize incremental costs,an optimized nearly zero-carbon planning design is conducted.This optimization primarily involves adjusting the low-carbon standards of larger buildings.After optimization,the incremental cost can be reduced by 153.606 million yuan,enabling the buildings in the district to achieve carbon neutral operation.
