摘要
我国双碳目标的提出,对建筑业碳排放提出了更高要求,绿色建筑在建设阶段需投入较多成本,然而绿色建筑在全生命周期具有较好的碳减排效益。文章从全生命周期的角度分析新建绿色居住建筑全生命周期碳减排成本效益评价的内容及特点,建立新建绿色居住建筑全生命周期增量成本及碳减排效益模型,并进行实例验证,说明新建绿色居住建筑的碳减排效果显著,对推动绿色建筑发展及双碳目标的实现具有较大的推动作用。
The proposal of China’s dual carbon targets has raised higher requirements for carbon emissions in the construction industry.Green buildings require significant investment during the construction phase,but they have good carbon reduction benefits throughout their entire lifecycle.The article analyzes the content and characteristics of the cost-benefit evaluation of carbon emission reduction throughout the life cycle of newly built green residential buildings from the perspective of the entire life cycle.It establishes an incremental cost and carbon emission reduction benefit model for the entire life cycle of newly built green residential buildings and verifies it with examples.It shows that the carbon emission reduction effect of newly built green residential buildings is significant and has a great promoting effect on promoting the achievement of green buildings and dual carbon goals.
