摘要
香豆素是一类含氧杂环化合物,广泛存在于自然界中,在植物和微生物等生物体中均有发现。由于香豆素母核合成方法众多,且其母核上活性位点和取代基极易被修饰,赋予了香豆素衍生物多样的物理和化学性质,使其在医药、材料、农业以及食品等诸多领域展现出广泛且重要的应用价值。本文主要综述了近几年香豆素衍生物在生物医药、分析、光学等方面的应用。结合香豆素衍生物的应用现状对今后香豆素类化合物的研究方向及发展趋势提出了建议和展望,为相关研究提供参考。
Coumarins are a class of oxygen-containing heterocyclic compounds that are widely present in nature and are found in organisms such as plants and microorganisms.Due to the numerous methods of coumarin parent nucleus synthesis,and the active sites and substituents on the parent nucleus are easily modified,the coumarin derivatives are endowed with a variety of physical and chemical properties,which makes them show extensive and important application value in many fields such as medicine,materials,agriculture and food.In this paper,the applications of coumarin derivatives in biomedicine,analysis and optics in recent years were summarized.Combined with the application status of coumarin derivatives,some suggestions and prospects were put forward for the future research direction and development trend of coumarin compounds,which provided reference for related research.
