摘要
21世纪迎来网络时代.在新时期如何将网络技术应用于英语专业教学,实现教学手段现代化,是摆在我们面前的一个新课题.南京大学英语系在这一领域进行积极探索,采用网络技术开发教学课件,建设英语语言文学素材库,建立视频点播中心,从而为英语专业教学提供了先进的支撑条件.本文报告了网络技术在英语专业教学方面的应用.
Over the past years the Department of English, Nanjing University has been making efforts to promote the application of network technology to the teaching of English. This paper reports three projects currently being undertaken to create a new environment for the English majors: the web-based English reading courseware, the English teaching materials bank, and the VOD self-learning center.
