摘要
内耳疾病的治疗面临着生理屏障的困扰。相较于全身给药治疗内耳疾病,局部给药更具有高效性,然而因为药物易经咽鼓管流失,亟需新的药物载体,以提高药物运输至内耳的效率。水凝胶作为一种局部给药递送系统,具有持续和可控药物释放的优势,可最大限度地提高药物扩散,同时减少药物消除的个体差异。本文将综述各种类型水凝胶的研究进展,总结各种水凝胶的优点及局限性,为开发有效治疗内耳疾病的水凝胶载体提供参考。
The treatment of inner ear diseases faces the challenge of physiological barrier.Compared with systemic administration for the treatment of inner ear diseases,local administration is more efficient.However,due to the loss of drugs through the eustachian tube,there is an urgent need for new drug carriers improving the efficiency of drug delivery to the inner ear.As a local drug delivery system,hydrogel has the advantages of continuous and controllable drug release,which can maximize drug diffusion while reducing individual differences in drug elimination.This article will review the research progress of various types of hydrogels,summarize the advantages and limitations of various hydrogels,and provide practical information for the development of hydrogel carriers for effective treatment of inner ear diseases.
