摘要
内耳局部给药中应用较为广泛的是鼓室给药,鼓室局部注射是一种跨血-迷路屏障(BLB)的微创给药方式,将药物注射至中耳腔后,药物经中-内耳间的主要屏障—圆窗膜(RWM)渗透进入内耳。目前,渗透通过圆窗膜的药物载体有纳米载体、原位凝胶载体、基因载体,研发这些药物载体的最终目的是提高药物的生物利用度及治疗效果。本文重点介绍纳米载体、原位凝胶载体在内耳局部给药系统研究应用的特点。
One most widely used way of local drug administration is intratympanic injection-a minimally invasive way to bypass the blood labyrinth barrier(BLB)that allows the drug to penetrate into the inner ear through the round window membrane(RWM)that separates the middle and inner ear.Drug carriers that permeate through the RWM include nanocarriers,in-situ gel carriers and gene carriers.The ultimate goal of developing these drug carriers is to improve bioavailability and therapeutic effects.This paper mainly concentrates on the characteristics of nanocarriers and in-situ gel carriers,which have been applied in inner ear drug administration.
