摘要
历史保护建筑的价值评估是其再生设计的根本依据。针对当前经验性判断易造成历史信息丢失的问题,本研究以大连烟台街历史建筑群为例,通过数字化转译布扎构图理论,构建基于c/n特殊夹角矩形的几何分析方法,从立面、平面与体量三个维度进行解析,验证了其在识别精度与效率上的优势。进而提出“几何信息补全、新旧体量整合、材料比例控制”三项再生策略,并结合11栋建筑实例阐明应用路径,为历史建筑精准保护与活化提供一套从认知到实践的系统操作方法。
The value assessment for the conservation of historical buildings forms the fundamental basis for their regeneration design.In response to the current issue of the loss of historical information easily caused by experiential judgment,this paper takes Dalian Yantai Street historical building complex as a case for study.By digitally translating the Beaux-Arts compositional theory,a geometric analysis method based on c/n special-angle rectangles was constructed.The analysis was conducted from the three dimensions of elevation,plan,and volume to verify its advantages in identification accuracy and efficiency.Furthermore,three regeneration strategies were proposed:“geometric information supplementation,integration of old and new volumes,and material proportion control”.Their application pathway was illustrated through the example of Building No.11.This provides a systematic operational method from cognition to practice for the precise conservation and revitalization of historical architecture.
