摘要
历史建筑见证着城市的发展,承载着市民的记忆,对其进行保护性更新与活化再生,是城市可持续发展的核心议题。针对砖木结构历史保护建筑的结构安全隐患突出与防火设计达不到现行的消防要求,以及原有使用功能衰退、改造更新缺乏理论指导等问题,结合具体案例,整合设计与施工团队的协同经验,从砖木建筑的主体纠偏,地基加固,梁、柱、墙加固,楼屋面加固,门洞开设与改造等五个方面,阐述砖木结构历史建筑更新活化的技术,以期为该类建筑的保护与更新提供理论支持和实践指导。
Historical buildings witness the development of cities and carry the memories of citizens.Protecting and revitalizing them is a core issue for the sustainable development of a city.Addressing prominent structural safety hazards,inadequate fire protection design failing to meet current fire safety requirements,decline in original usage functions,and lack of theoretical guidance for renovation and updates,this paper integrates the collaborative experience of design and construction teams.It elaborates on the technical aspects of updating and revitalizing brick-wood structure historical buildings from five perspectives:main body correction,foundation reinforcement,reinforcement of beams,columns,and walls,roof reinforcement,and opening and modification of apertures,in order to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the protection and regeneration of such buildings.
