摘要
目的探讨补肾解毒汤联合艾灸治疗慢性肾衰竭氮质血症期患者的临床效果、中医证候改善情况及安全性。方法选取2022年5月-2024年12月在天津市第五中心医院生态城医院就诊的慢性肾衰竭氮质血症期患者86例,随机分为对照组29例、中药组28例和联合组29例。对照组给予常规西医治疗,中药组在常规治疗基础上加用补肾解毒汤,联合组在中药组基础上加用艾灸治疗,观察三组临床疗效与中医证候积分、肾功能指标(BUN与Scr)改善程度及不良反应发生情况。结果联合组总有效率(89.66%)显著高于中药组(78.57%)和对照组(68.97%)(P<0.05),联合组中医证候积分与肾功能指标改善程度优于中药组和对照组(P<0.05),且三组安全性比较,无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论补肾解毒汤联合艾灸治疗慢性肾衰竭氮质血症期患者疗效确切,能有效改善肾功能和临床症状,且安全性良好。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy,improvement of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)syndromes,and safety of Bushen Jiedu Decoction combined with moxibustion in treating patients with chronic renal failure(CRF)at the azotemia stage.Methods A total of 86 patients with CRF at the azotemia stage who were treated at Tianjin Fifth Central Hospital Eco-city Hospital from May 2022 to December 2024 were randomly divided into three groups:a control group(29 cases),a Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)group(28 cases),and a combined group(29 cases).The control group received conventional Western medical treatment,the TCM group received Bushen Jiedu Decoction in addition to conventional treatment,and the combined group received moxibustion therapy in addition to the TCM group’s treatment.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome scores,renal function indicators[blood urea nitrogen(BUN)and serum creatinine(Scr)],and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed in all three groups.Results The total effective rate in the combined group(89.66%)was significantly higher than that in the TCM group(78.57%)and the control group(68.97%)(P<0.05).The improvement in TCM syndrome scores and renal function indicators was superior in the combined group,followed by the TCM group,and then the control group(P<0.05).No significant differences in safety were observed among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Bushen Jiedu Decoction combined with moxibustion demonstrates definite efficacy in treating patients with CRF at the azotemia stage,effectively improving renal function and clinical symptoms with good safety.
