摘要
本文以地方应用型本科院校北华航天工业学院为例,采用问卷调查法,对大学生参与学科竞赛的意愿进行研究。旨在探讨影响学生参与学科竞赛意愿的关键因素,并提出针对性措施。通过问卷设计与实施,收到405份有效问卷,并进行了分析。结果表明,受访学生中53.08%参与过竞赛,46.92%未参加过任何竞赛。大部分学生以综测与就业为目的参赛,学业繁忙、缺少伙伴及未获通知等是不参赛原因。参赛学生在实践能力、专业知识等方面收获颇丰。基于此针对如何优化培养方案、加大宣传力度、拓展参赛渠道、落实专业教师责任等方面,提出了相关对策建议。
Based on a questionnaire survey conducted at a local college to study students'willingness to participate in subject competitions,this paper aims to explore the main factors influencing their participation and offer targeted strategies.After designing and distributing the questionnaire,405 valid responses were collected and analyzed.The results show that 53.08%of the surveyed students have taken part in competitions,while 46.92%have never participated.Most students join competitions to improve their overall assessment results and future job opportunities.Busy study schedules,lack of teammates,and not receiving competition notices are the main reasons for not participating.Students who have participated in competitions report gains in practical skills and professional knowledge.Based on these findings,relevant measures and suggestions are proposed,including how to improve training programs,strengthen publicity,broaden participation channels,and clarify the responsibilities of professional teachers.
