摘要
随着数字化时代的到来,职业院校的外语教师面临着前所未有的机遇与挑战。“产出导向法”(Production-Oriented Approach)理论因其与职业院校注重技能实践和操作的教育宗旨相契合,为数字化背景下职业院校外语教师的发展提供了新的研究视角。文章通过分析教育数字化背景下职业院校外语教师发展优势与面临的挑战,构建职业院校外语教师发展模型。基于“产出导向法”理论,从政治素养、专业素养、人文素养及数字素养四个维度探讨了教育数字化赋能职业院校外语教师能力发展,助力实现教师教学数字化转型。
With the advent of the digital age,foreign language teachers in vocational colleges are facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges.The“production-oriented approach”theory,which is in line with the educational tenet of vocational colleges that emphasize skills practice and operation,provides a new research perspective for the development of foreign language teachers in vocational colleges under the digital background.This article analyzes the development advantages and challenges faced by foreign language teachers in vocational colleges under the background of educational digitalization,and constructs a development model for foreign language teachers in vocational colleges.Based on the“production-oriented approach”theory,this paper explores how educational digitalization empowers the development of foreign language teachers’capabilities in vocational colleges from four dimensions:political literacy,professional literacy,humanistic literacy,and digital literacy,and helps achieve the digital transformation of teachers’teaching.
