摘要
基于城市更新背景,系统探讨了建筑信息模型(Building Information Modeling,BIM)技术在管网雨污分流改造中的应用价值与发展前景。通过分析常用BIM软件的适用场景和优劣势,并结合典型案例,验证了BIM技术在不同项目环境中的综合效益。当前,BIM技术的应用仍面临数据标准不统一、复合型人才短缺、全生命周期断层等挑战。未来,BIM技术将与物联网、人工智能深度结合,推动雨污分流改造向智能化、精准化发展,为智慧城市建设提供技术支撑。
Based on the background of urban renewal,this paper systematically explores the application value and development prospects of Building Information Modeling(BIM)technology in the transformation of rainwater and sewage diversion pipelines networks.By analyzing the applicable scenarios and advantages and disadvantages of commonly used BIM software and combining with typical cases,the comprehensive benefits of BIM technology in different project environments are verified.Currently,the application still faces challenges such as inconsistent data standards,shortage of compound talents,and life cycle disconnection.In the future,BIM technology will be deeply integrated with the Internet of Things and artificial intelligence to promote the intelligent and precise development of rainwater and sewage diversion transformation and provide technical support for intelligent city construction.
