摘要
针对日益高涨的性能需求与环保意识,开发实现可持续性和更高性能的聚乙烯醇/纤维素绿色复合材料是当务之急。介绍了聚乙烯醇/纤维素复合材料的改性方法,通过与纤维素直接复配、对纤维素化学改性后进行复合,可以有效改善聚乙烯醇材料的力学性能、阻燃性能、耐水性能和热塑性能等。综述了聚乙烯醇/纤维素复合材料在生物医用、食品包装、柔性传感器和过滤吸附等领域的应用进展,并指出了现阶段该复合材料存在的问题。
In response to the escalating performance demands and environmental awareness,it is of utmost urgency to develop and implement sustainable and higher-performance green composite materials based on polyvinyl alcohol/cellulose composites.This article introduced the modification methods of polyvinyl alcohol/cellulose composite materials.By directly blending with cellulose or compounding chemically modified-cellulose,the mechanical properties,flame retardant properties,water resistance,and thermoplastic properties of polyvinyl alcohol materials could be effectively improved.It summarized the application progress of polyvinyl alcohol/cellulose composite materials in biomedicine,food packaging,flexible sensors,filtration and adsorption,and pointed out the current challenges facing the composite materials.
