Against the backdrop of the Ministry of Education's integration of life safety and health education into the primary and secondary school curriculum, there is an urgent need for innovative teaching models in primary school life education to enhance its effectiveness.Based on the frameworks of situated cognition theory and positive psychology, this paper designs and implements a life education themed class meeting using the"Energy Notes"as a core metaphor. The course guides students through a complete learning process, from emotional cognition to behavioral practice, via a structured four-stage model:perceiving energy, understanding energy, seeking energy, and embodying energy. The core of the course lies in using the narrative video case of"a transfer student named Little Hedgehog"and the teacher's personal story of a"black pen"as emotional anchors to stimulate student empathy and promote their embodied understanding of the abstract concept of"social emotional support."Teaching practice demonstrates that this instructional design effectively helps students identify and appreciate positive forces in their lives and significantly motivates their willingness to become givers of positive energy. This paper elaborates on the theoretical foundation, complete teaching procedures, specific content of key teaching materials, and provides in-depth reflection, aiming to offer a concrete and operable model for constructing primary school moral education practices with Chinese characteristics.
