摘要
目的:探究急诊科护理教学中视频案例结合情景模拟教学法的应用效果。方法:收集2020年4月至2022年4月在我院急诊科实习的84名护理专业学生,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组各42名。对照组采用传统教学法,试验组采用视频案例结合情景模拟教学法。结果:试验组实习后的理论和技能操作成绩及应急救护能力均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:视频案例结合情景模拟教学法能够显著提高急诊科护生的应急救护能力和考试成绩,效果显著。
Objective:To explore the application effect of combining video case teaching with scenario simulation in emergency nursing education.Methods:A total of 84 nursing students who completed internships in the emergency department between April 2020 and April 2022 were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 42 students in each.The control group received traditional teaching,while the experimental group received instruction through video case-based scenario simulation.Results:After the internship,the experimental group achieved significantly higher theoretical knowledge scores,operational skill scores,and emergency response competence compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The integration of video case teaching and scenario simulation in emergency nursing education effectively enhances nursing students'emergency response ability and academic performance,demonstrating a significant improvement over traditional teaching methods.
