元宇宙情境下图书馆虚拟数智人:功能、风险与应对策略

Library Virtual Intelligent Agents in the Metaverse:Functions,Risks,and Countermeasures

摘要 [目的/意义]元宇宙情境下图书馆正在经历从传统实体空间向虚拟数智空间的转型,虚拟数智人的应用逐渐成为图书馆知识服务的核心支撑角色,但在赋能的同时也是一把双刃剑,有必要对其安全风险进行探讨。[方法/过程]辨析虚拟数智人的概念,梳理虚拟数智人在元宇宙情境下图书馆中的功能角色及其面临的安全挑战,在此基础上探讨对其安全风险的应对策略。[结果/结论]梳理出技术脆弱性与虚实接口攻击风险、多模态数据隐私聚合风险、文化适配性算法偏见风险、去中心化网络新型攻击范式风险、虚实身份信任链断裂风险五大关键安全风险,针对虚拟数智人的安全风险问题,基于协同治理理论,针对性地提出应对策略,以期为未来元宇宙情境下图书馆的安全发展提供理论基础和实践指导。 [Purpose/Significance]In the context of the metaverse,libraries are undergoing a transformation from traditional physical spaces to virtual intelligent spaces.The application of virtual intelligent agents has gradually become a core support role in library knowledge services.However,while empowering library functions,it also poses dual-edged challenges,necessitating an exploration of its security risks.[Method/Process]This study first clarified the concept of virtual intelligent agents,then examined their functional roles within metaverse-based libraries and the associated security challenges they faced.Building on this analysis,the paper proposed strategies for mitigating these risks.[Result/Conclusion]Five key security risks,namely,technology vulnerability,virtual real interface attack risk,multimodal data privacy aggregation risk,cultural adaptation algorithm bias risk,decentralized network new attack paradigm risk,and virtual real identity trust chain rupture risk,are analyzed.In view of the security risk of virtual intelligent agents,countermeasures are proposed based on collaborative governance theory,in order to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the safe development of libraries in the future metaverse situation.
