摘要
各民族血脉相融、信念相同、文化相通、经济相依、情感相亲的“五相”逻辑,是习近平总书记在2024年全国民族团结进步表彰大会上对中华民族共同体内在关系的深刻概括。其既揭示了中华民族共同体的独特属性、本质特征与内在规律,也为中华民族共同体话语体系建设提供了清晰的价值坐标与表达框架。从价值站位、底层关联、实践路径构建框架,阐明“五相”逻辑在中华民族共同体话语体系中的重要地位,解析其与该话语体系建设的内在关联,提出五条具体路径:一是以血脉相融厚植话语根基,二是以信念相同强化话语引领,三是以文化相通激活话语创新,四是以经济相依夯实话语支撑,五是以情感相亲增强话语认同,最终为铸牢中华民族共同体意识提供理论支撑与行动指引。
The logic of“five mutual promotion approaches”,namely“mutual integration of bloodlines,mutual alignment of beliefs,mutual connection of cultures,mutual dependence in economy,and mutual affection in emotion”,is a profound summary made by General Secretary Xi Jinping on the internal relations of the community of the Chinese nation at the 2024 National Conference on Awarding the Excellent Work for Ethnic Unity and Progress.It not only reveals the unique attributes,essential characteristics and internal laws of the community of the Chinese nation,but also provides a clear value orientation and expressive framework for the construction of the discourse system of the community of the Chinese nation.From the perspectives of value stance,coherent logic and practical paths,this paper constructs an analytical framework to clarify the important role of the logic of“five mutual promotion approaches”in the discourse system of the community of the Chinese nation,analyzes the internal links between this logic and the development of this discourse system,and proposes five specific approaches for developing the discourse system of the community of the Chinese nation in the new era.Firstly,it is necessary to consolidate the foundation of this discourse through the shared bloodlines;secondly,it is necessary to strengthen the guiding role of this discourse based on shared convictions;thirdly,it is necessary to promote the innovation of this discourse by virtue of shared cultures;fourthly,it is necessary to underpin this discourse with economic interdependence;fifthly,it is necessary to enhance the recognition of this discourse through shared emotional bonds,all of which aim to provide some theoretical support and practical guidance for enhancing a strong sense of the community of the Chinese nation.
