科研反哺教学,推动人才培养模式改革——以光催化合成亚胺实验为例

Integrating Research into Teaching to Drive Talent Training Model Reform:A Case Study of the Photocatalytic Synthesis of Imines Experiment

摘要 为了提升高水平创新型人才的培养质量,以实践训练项目和竞赛为辅助来提高大学生的创新能力越来越受到教育工作者们的关注。选择“光催化绿色合成亚胺”实验进行实践教学,实现以科研反哺教学的研究。通过此创新实践项目,调动了学生的主观能动性,激发了学生的创新热情,培养了学生的创新思维。同时,总结了科研反哺教学的几点思考。 Objective In order to enhance the quality of cultivating high-level innovative talents required in today's social development,increasing attention has been paid by educators to improving university students’innovation capabilities through practical training projects and competitions.This project chooses the“Photocatalytic Green Synthesis of Imines”experiment for practical teaching,thereby integrating research into teaching.Through this innovative practical project,students’subjective initiative was stimulated,their enthusiasm for innovation was ignited,and their innovative thinking was cultivated.Meanwhile,reflections on integrating research into teaching are summarized.
