摘要
以化学还原法制备的不同尺寸的胶体Ag纳米粒子为前体,采用浸渍法合成了Ag/TiO2光催化剂;利用UV-V is、XRD、TEM等技术对银纳米粒子和Ag/TiO2催化剂样品分别进行了表征。以亚甲基蓝为光解目标污染物,研究了不同尺寸的银纳米粒子浸渍所形成的Ag/TiO2催化剂样品的光催化性能。结果表明,银纳米粒子的负载不会改变TiO2的晶体结构,但其尺寸对催化剂的光催化活性影响极大;此外,银负载量也是影响Ag/TiO2光催化剂活性的重要因素。在负载的最佳Ag粒子尺寸下,0.5%Ag/TiO2催化剂的光催化活性最高。
Ag/TiO2 photocatalysts were synthesized by colloidal immersion of silver colloids with different Ag nanoparticle sizes prepared by chemical reduction as precursor.The silver sols and the catalyst samples obtained were characterized by UV-Vis,TEM and XRD,respectively.With methylene blue as the photodecomposition target pollutants,the photocatalytic activity of Ag/TiO2 catalyst samples formed by immersing different size Ag particles was researched.The results showed that Ag nanoparticles loaded on the catalyst surface do not change the crystal structure of TiO2.However,their sizes strongly influence the photocatalytic activity of Ag/TiO2 catalysts.In addition,Ag loading amount was also an important effect factor for the photocatalytic activity.Under the condition of optimum Ag nanoparticle sizes,a 0.5% Ag/TiO2 catalyst shows the highest photocatalytic degradation activity for methylene blue.
