摘要
糖尿病脑病(diabetic encephalopathy,DE)是糖尿病引起的中枢神经系统病变,主要表现为认知能力下降,记忆力减退等。尽管DE所导致的多种神经性衰退具有不可逆性,但早期的诊断与治疗仍可以延缓病情的发展。本文旨在系统阐述动脉自旋标记、磁共振波谱、血氧水平依赖功能成像、弥散张量成像以及磁敏感加权成像的原理、临床应用及诊断价值,进而探讨功能磁共振如何通过技术提升、多组学整合和人工智能辅助来更加全面地揭示DE的复杂机制,为DE的早期精准诊断和干预策略优化提供影像学依据。
Diabetic encephalopathy(DE)is a central nervous system disease caused by diabetes.The main manifestations are cognitive decline,memory loss,etc.Although the multiple neurological declines caused by DE are irreversible.However,early diagnosis and treatment can still delay the development of the disease.The purpose of this article is to systematically elaborate the principles,clinical applications and diagnostic values of arterial spin labeling,magnetic resonance spectroscopy,blood oxygen level-dependent functional imaging,diffusion tensor imaging,and susceptibility-weighted imaging.Further explore how functional magnetic resonance can reveal the complex mechanisms of DE more comprehensively through technical enhancement,multi-omics integration,and artificial intelligence assistance,and provide imaging basis for early accurate diagnosis and intervention strategy optimization of DE.
