摘要
目的探讨老年糖尿病患者采用提问式联合微视频健康宣教的效果。方法选取2023年5月—2025年2月思南县民族中医院收治84例老年糖尿病患者,根据干预方法的不同分成干预组(n=44)与对照组(n=40)。对照组采用常规口头健康宣教,干预组采用提问式联合微视频健康宣教,比较两组血糖水平、自我护理能力、糖尿病知识知晓情况、治疗依从性。结果干预后,干预组的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。干预后,干预组自我护理能力量表评分、糖尿病知识知晓情况评分、治疗依从性均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论提问式联合微视频健康宣教应用于老年糖尿病患者护理中,可提高自我护理能力、对疾病的知晓度及治疗依从性,降低血糖。
Objective To explore the effect of question-based combined with micro-video health education in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods 84 elderly patients with diabetes mellitus admitted to Sinan County Ethnic Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from May 2023 to February 2025 were selected.They were divided into an intervention group(n=44)and a control group(n=40)according to different intervention methods.The control group received routine verbal health education,while the intervention group received question-based combined with microvideo health education.The blood glucose levels,self-care ability,awareness of diabetes-related knowledge,and treatment compliance were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the levels of fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose,and glycated hemoglobin A1c in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of Exercise of Selfcare Agency Scale,diabetes knowledge awareness scale,and treatment compliance rate in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of question-based combined with micro-video health education in the nursing of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus can improve their self-care ability,disease awareness,and treatment compliance,while effectively reducing blood glucose levels.
